Refund Policy

At SunJosho Ventures, we provide consulting services, training programs, workshops, and digital offerings. We value transparency and fairness in all our engagements.

1. No Automatic Refunds

All payments made towards services, programs, workshops, digital content, or consulting engagements are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement or program description.

2. Program Cancellations by SunJosho Ventures

If a program, workshop, or service is cancelled by SunJosho Ventures:

  Customers will be eligible for a full refund, or

  An alternative date / credit may be offered (customer’s choice).

3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If a customer cancels:

  Before commencement: Refund eligibility (if any) will be as per the specific program terms.

  After commencement: No refunds will be provided.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if any, under exceptional situations (technical issues, duplicate payments, or genuine errors) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
