The Onboarding Process

1. Initial Meeting
An initial meeting between the startup and SunJosho Ventures to know about each other and establish a primary interest to work with each other.

2. Business Presentation
The startup will make a presentation to the SunJosho Ventures team about their business model, product, financials, goals etc.

3. Situation Analysis
SunJosho shall do a comprehensive analysis of the situation and present a roadmap to reach the desired desitnation for the startup

4. Goal Alignment
The startup and SunJosho Ventures will agree on the goals and the timelines for achieving the goal along with critical milestones.

5. Commercial Alignment
Here, we will finalize the value-sharing principles.

6. Agreement Execution
Both parties will carry out agreements that encompass all the business goals and commercials.
